Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course in Business or Finance, or at least college level.
• Must have proven skills in negotiation and motorcycle repossession.
• Minimum 3 years in Collection and Credit; at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Willing to do field work.
• Must have a Non-Professional Driver's License and motorcycle unit.
• Amenable to report to Calasiao, Pangasinan Branch.
• Preferably residing in Pangasinan.

Responsibilities

• Enforce the company’s credit policy and ensure collections targets are met.
• Implement branch policies and procedures for receivables collection.
• Supervise and train a team of Collectors to meet KPIs and monthly targets.
