Job summary

SUMISHO MOTOR FINANCE CORPORATION in San Fernando, La Union invites a seasoned Collections Supervisor to lead the branch's recovery efforts. You will plan, coordinate, and execute collections strategies while enforcing credit policy to meet targets.

The role requires field work, supervision of in-house and field collectors, and hands-on coaching to maintain KPIs and timely branch collections.

Qualifications

• Candidate is a graduate of any 4-year course in Business and Finance or at least college level.
• Must have proven skills in negotiation and motorcycle repossession.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in Collection and Credit and 1 year in supervision.
• Willing to do field work and report to San Fernando City, La Union Branch.
• Preferably residing in La Union.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and execute the collections strategies in the branch / satellite handled.
• Enforce the company’s credit policy and ensure that the collections targets are met or exceeded.
• Implement Policies, System and Procedures in the Branch relative to the collection of receivables.
• Collect branch’s accounts receivables and/or other debts owed to Sumisho through effective accounts management.
• Supervise, train, coach and develop a team of Collectors in the assigned branch to ensure KPIs and monthly collections targets.
