Job summary

Country Funders Finance Corporation in Pangasinan is seeking a Collector to support our lending operations. The role involves field collection activities, visiting clients, and skip tracing to locate delinquent accounts.

You must be able to ride a motorcycle, hold a valid license, and be willing to work in the field; training will be provided for seven days. College or high school graduate accepted; experience in motorcycle loan collection preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work in the field and travel to meet clients.
• Experience in collections is preferred but not required.
• Willing to undergo a 7-day training period.

Responsibilities

• Perform collection activities based on scheduled itinerary.
• Deliver collection notices and demand letters.
• Report collections activity and accounts receivable status in a timely manner.
• Understand billing and collections documents and program computations.
• Locate delinquent clients through skip tracing (contact relatives, neighbors, employers).
• Follow through on client payments and other concerns.
