Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities, monitor performance metrics, identify improvements.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalations professionally and timely.
• Analyze and report on team performance, identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Maintain understanding of regulations and compliance related to collections.
• Collaborate with Training and Operations to ensure seamless collection process.
• Represent Billease professionally in interactions with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
