Job summary

City Savings Bank is seeking a Branch Collection Associate (BCA) in Isabela to monitor on-time billing and collect on the branch loan portfolio. You will handle redemption, posting payments, restructuring, field visits, and SMS communications to ensure timely collections.

You will evaluate borrowers' ability to pay, prepare reports, and maintain high standards of customer service across the branch network. Willingness to travel within the area is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Collection/loan experience is an advantage.
• Motorcycle driving skills with a valid license.
• Good oral and written communication in local dialect.
• Willing to travel extensively and familiar with the area.

Responsibilities

• Achieve collection and operational targets and KPIs for the NPL portfolio.
• Perform collections tasks: redemption, posting payments, restructuring, billings, condonation, field visits, SMS sends.
• Analyze accounts and assess clients' ability to pay.
• Compute possible loan restructures.
• Prepare and submit required reports in a timely manner.
• Check documents for completeness, timeliness, and accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service per established standards.
