Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a field collection professional in Legazpi to conduct door-to-door client visits for debt recovery. You will plan actions to recover outstanding payments, negotiate deadlines or payment plans, and address client questions or concerns regarding balances.

Qualifications

• Means of doing field visits (motorcycle, bicycle, e-bikes, car, etc.).
• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Previous work experience is not required but field collections/field sales/TNVS/delivery rider experience is a plus.
• At least High School Graduate or finished Grade 10.

Responsibilities

• Involves field work with door-to-door visits to clients for debt collection.
• Plan a course of action to recover outstanding payments.
• Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.
• Handle questions or complaints related to outstanding balances.
• Meet company targets for recoveries.
