Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking field collection staff to visit clients in person, plan recovery actions, and negotiate payoff deadlines. You will handle inquiries about outstanding balances and strive to meet monthly recovery targets. No prior field experience is required, but strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills help.

Qualifications

Means of doing field visits (Motorcycle, Bicycle, e-Bike, Car, etc.).
Previous field collections/field sales/ TNVS/delivery rider experience is a PLUS.
Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
At least High School Graduate or finished Grade 10.

Responsibilities

Involves FIELD WORK. Does door to door visits to clients for debt collection efforts
Plan a course of action to recover outstanding payments
Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans
Handle questions or complaints of client for his/her outstanding balance
Meet company target for recoveries
