Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in field collections, field sales, TNVS, or as a delivery rider is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform door-to-door visits to clients for debt collection efforts.
• Plan a course of action to recover outstanding payments.
• Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.
• Handle questions or complaints from clients regarding outstanding balances.
• Meet company targets for recoveries.
