Job summary

Qualifications

• Means of doing field visits (Motorcycle, Bicycle, e-Bike, Car, etc.).
• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Previous work experience is not required but field experience is a PLUS.

Responsibilities

• Involves FIELD WORK. Does door to door visits to clients for debt collection efforts.
• Plan a course of action to recover outstanding payments.
• Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.
• Handle questions or complaints of client for his/her outstanding balance.
• Meet company target for recoveries.
