Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a proactive Field Collector to join our debt resolution team. The role involves on-site field visits, planning recovery actions, negotiating payment plans, and addressing client inquiries about outstanding balances.

You will meet recovery targets, require mobility for field visits, and work in a supportive environment that values diversity and fair hiring practices.

Qualifications

• Means of doing field visits (Motorcycle, Bicycle, e-Bike, Car, etc.)
• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Previous work experience is not required but field collections/field sales/TNVS/delivery rider experience is a PLUS
• At least High School Graduate or finished Grade 10

Responsibilities

• Involves FIELD WORK. Does door to door visits to clients for debt collection efforts
• Plan a course of action to recover outstanding payments
• Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans
• Handle questions or complaints of client for his/her outstanding balance
• Meet company target for recoveries
