Eagle Eye Business & Collection Services Inc. is seeking a field collection agent in Bulacan, Philippines to visit clients with overdue accounts and pursue payments.

You will verify asset locations, gather proof of payment, and assess repossession feasibility while negotiating settlements. You will locate and recover company assets, deliver notices, and coordinate with the legal team for accounts requiring action, maintaining professional relations with customers throughout the process.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct field visits to clients with overdue accounts to collect payments, gather proof of payment, negotiate settlements, verify asset locations and assess repossession feasibility
• Locate and recover company assets from delinquent customers
• Deliver collection notices, demand letters, and other necessary documents
• Assess customers' ability to pay and recommend appropriate actions
• Coordinate with the legal team for accounts requiring legal action
• Negotiate with customers to encourage voluntary surrender of assets when applicable
• Maintain accurate records of collection efforts, payments received, and repossessed items
• Safeguard repossessed assets and ensure proper documentation
• Conduct skip tracing and investigative efforts to locate assets and uncooperative clients
• Handle disputes and objections professionally while maintaining good customer relations
