Job summary

Eagle Eye Business & Collection Services, Inc. is seeking a Field Collection Agent to conduct on-site visits to locate overdue accounts, collect payments, and negotiate settlements.

You will verify asset locations, coordinate with the legal team when needed, and maintain precise records of actions, payments, and repossessed items. Must own a motorcycle, hold a valid driver's license, and be ready to travel within Cagayan de Oro and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Willingness to perform field visits and travel within the assigned area.
• Must own a motorcycle and have a valid driver's license.
• Familiarity with the assigned area is an advantage.
• Must be reliable, diligent and able to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to collect overdue payments and gather proof of payment.
• Locate and recover company assets from delinquent customers.
• Deliver collection notices and demand letters as required.
• Assess customers’ ability to pay and recommend actions.
• Coordinate with legal team for accounts needing legal action.
• Negotiate with customers to encourage voluntary surrender of assets.
• Maintain accurate records of collection efforts and repossessed items.
• Safeguard repossessed assets and ensure proper documentation.
• Report daily activities to supervisor and relevant groups.
• Escalate unresolved or problematic accounts to supervisor.
