Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to collect payments, gather proof of payment, and negotiate settlements.
• Locate and recover company assets from delinquent customers.
• Deliver collection notices, demand letters, and other necessary documents.
• Assess customers’ ability to pay and recommend actions.
• Coordinate with the legal team for accounts requiring action.
• Negotiate for voluntary surrender of assets when applicable.
• Maintain accurate records of collection efforts and assets.
• Safeguard repossessed assets and document properly.
• Report daily activities to supervisor and group chats.
• Escalate unresolved or problematic accounts to supervisor.
• Handle disputes professionally while maintaining relations.
• Conduct skip tracing and locate assets and uncooperative clients.
• Coordinate with the Account Analyst.
• Monitor accounts for collection targets.
• Follow company policies and legal guidelines on repossession.
• Perform related tasks assigned by the superior.
