Eagle Eye Business & Collection Services, Inc. is seeking a field collector in Nueva Ecija to pursue overdue accounts, locate assets, and deliver demands. You will assess pay ability, coordinate with legal, and maintain meticulous records while ensuring asset security.

You will travel within the assigned area, conduct skip tracing, and escalate complex cases as needed. Strong communication and reliability are essential for success in this on-site role.

Qualifications

• Must own a motorcycle.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and travel within the assigned area.
• Responsible, reliable, and hardworking.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with the assigned area is an advantage.
• Willing to start as soon as possible.

Responsabilités

• Conduct field visits to clients with overdue accounts to collect payments and gather proofs of payment.
• Locate and recover company assets from delinquent customers.
• Deliver collection notices and demand letters.
• Assess customers' ability to pay and recommend actions.
• Coordinate with the legal team for accounts requiring legal action.
• Negotiate for voluntary surrender of assets when applicable.
• Maintain records of collections, payments, and repossessed items.
• Safeguard repossessed assets and ensure proper documentation.
• Report daily activities to supervisor and related groups.
• Escalate unresolved accounts and misconduct by subordinates.
• Handle disputes professionally while maintaining good relations.
• Conduct skip tracing to locate assets and uncooperative clients.
• Maintain coordination with the Account Analyst.
• Monitor assigned accounts and achieve collection targets.
• Follow company policies and repossession guidelines.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
