Qualifications

• College level or Vocational graduate.
• Experience in field collection, credit investigation, collections, or recovery.
• Experience in banks, lending companies, or financial institutions is an advantage.
• With good communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiar with conducting field visits and skip tracing.
• Must be comfortable with field-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to customers with overdue accounts.
• Collect payments and negotiate payment arrangements.
