Job summary

Eagle Eye Business and Collection Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated collector to visit clients with overdue accounts, verify payments, negotiate settlements, and assess repossession feasibility.

You will gather proof of payment, deliver demand letters, and coordinate with the legal team when needed. The role requires strong negotiation skills, accurate record keeping, skip tracing, asset location, and safeguarding repossessed items.

Qualifications

• Experience in debt collection or field collection is preferred.
• Ability to locate assets and assess repossession feasibility.
• Strong negotiation and customer relation skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients with overdue accounts to collect payments and gather proof of payment.
• Negotiate settlements and verify asset locations.
• Deliver collection notices, demand letters, and other documents.
• Assess customers’ ability to pay and recommend actions.
• Coordinate with the legal team for accounts requiring legal action.
• Negotiate with customers to encourage voluntary surrender of assets.
• Maintain accurate records of collection efforts and repayments.
• Safeguard repossessed assets and document handling.
• Report daily collection activities to supervisor and Viber group.
• Escalate unresolved or problematic accounts and misconduct.
• Handle disputes professionally while maintaining customer relations.
• Conduct skip tracing to locate assets and uncooperative clients.
• Maintain coordination with the Account Analyst.
• Monitor accounts and targets achieved.
• Follow policies and legal guidelines related to repossession procedures.
• Perform other related tasks.

1. Conduct field visits to clients with overdue accounts to collect payments, gather proof of payment, negotiate settlements, verify asset locations and assess repossession feasibility.

2. Locate and recover company assets (e.g., vehicles or other collateral) from delinquent customers.

3. Deliver collection notices, demand letters, and other necessary documents.

4. Assess customers’ ability to pay and recommend appropriate actions.

5. Coordinate with the legal team for accounts requiring legal action.

6. Negotiate with customers to encourage voluntary surrender of assets when applicable.

7. Maintain accurate records of collection efforts, payments received, and repossessed items.

8. Safeguard repossessed assets and ensure proper documentation.

9. Report daily collection and recovery activities to the immediate superior and to the respective Viber group.

10. Escalate unresolved or problematic accounts and misconduct by subordinates to the immediate superior.

11. Handle disputes and objections professionally while maintaining good customer relations.

12. Conduct skip tracing and investigative efforts to locate assets and uncooperative clients.

13. Maintain constant coordination and communication with the Account Analyst.

14. Monitor assigned accounts and achieved collection and provision target.

15. Follow all company policies and legal guidelines related to repossession procedures.

16. Perform other related tasks assigned by the immediate superior.
