Job summary

Billease is recruiting for a field collection role in Dumaguete. You will contact delinquent customers, discuss account status, and assess each story to suggest a beneficial solution.

The ideal candidate lives in Dumaguete, has field collection experience, a valid driving license and a motorcycle, and is computer literate with MS Office and Google Suite. This position also includes following up on repayment promises and escalating uncooperative cases to Legal if needed.
