Job summary

BillEase is seeking a field agent to contact delinquent customers in Angono, Rizal, assess their stories, and propose workable repayment solutions. You will follow up on promises and escalate uncooperative cases to Legal as needed.

You must live in Bulakan, Bulacan, have field collection experience, and possess a valid driving license with motorcycle ownership. Basic MS Office and Google Suite skills are required.

Qualifications

Field collection experience is required.
Has a valid/updated Driving License and should own a motorcycle.
Computer literate: know how to do basic MS Office, Google Suite applications.

Responsibilities

Contact delinquent customers to discuss account status.
Inform and assess the customer's story and suggest a beneficial solution.
Follow up on repayment promises for past due payments.
Identify and escape uncooperative customers to Legal.
