Qualifications

• Advanced degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering with relevant professional experience.
• Experience in civil/infrastructure projects, construction supervision, and contract management.
• Knowledge of design standards, QA/QC, health and safety in construction contexts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site assessments and prepare back-to-office reports with findings and actions.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and work methodologies for delivery.
• Supervise on-site implementation ensuring design and safety compliance.
• Review contractor designs, shop drawings, and test results for compliance.
• Maintain site records and participate in progress meetings and reporting.
