Qualifications
- Civil/architectural degree and relevant technical qualifications.
- 3+ years in humanitarian WASH or restoration.
- Experience in emergencies, recovery, and development projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Excellent English and Filipino; local dialect is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead WASH and shelter technical assessments at field level, analyzing results and reporting to the Technical Team.
- Participate in joint sector assessments, surveys, and evaluations to focus on WASH and shelter and their cross-sector impact.
- Apply Build Back Safer and Do No Harm principles in design and construction activities.
- Prepare a Technical Dossier with Reports, Interactive Map, Design/Plan, BOQ, Terms of Reference, and Clearance.
- Coordinate construction activities with beneficiaries and vulnerable groups, ensuring consultation and safety.
