Job summary

Country Funders Finance Corporation in the Philippines seeks a field-based collector for motorcycle loan accounts in Bulacan (San Rafael). The job involves driving a motorcycle, field visits, skip tracing to locate delinquent clients, and delivering notices. A 7-day training is provided to ensure compliant collections and timely reporting. Undergrad is welcome; experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

College or high school graduate; undergrad is welcome depending on experience.
At least 1 yr experience as a collector in lending/banking, motorcycle loan preferred; no experience is okay.
Able to drive motorcycle and has a driver's license; willing to perform field work.
Willing to be trained for 7 days.

Responsibilities

Perform collection activities based on scheduled itinerary.
Deliver collection notices and demand letters.
Report collections activity and accounts receivable status in a timely manner.
Understands billing and collections related documents and program computations.
Locate delinquent clients through Skip Tracing (i.e. contacting relatives, neighbors, and/or employers).
Follow through on client’s payment commitment and other concerns.
