Job summary

Spml Infra is seeking an Assistant Manager Facilities to oversee maintenance and operations across site locations, ensuring uninterrupted operations, safety compliance, asset protection, and optimal workplace functionality. Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or related field with facilities management knowledge.
• Experience in field-based, operations-driven environments preferred (EPC / Industrial / Manufacturing).
• 5–10 years of facilities management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance of buildings, civil structures and utilities.
• Ensure electrical systems, DG sets, HVAC, plumbing, fire systems and water supply function properly.
• Monitor infrastructure uptime and coordinate emergency repairs.
• Ensure safety compliance and periodic safety inspections.
• Supervise security operations and access control.
• Manage housekeeping standards and hygiene across the workplace.
• Oversee utilities and transport management.
• Maintain asset register and space planning; supervise vendors.
• Vendor management and cost-control; document and report activities.
• Prepare MIS reports on uptime, safety incidents and facility performance.
