Job summary

EduQuest Inc. is seeking an Account Executive – Higher Education (Academic Partnerships) to manage relationships with colleges and universities.

This field-based role requires regular school visits and domestic travel, including multi-day assignments, to engage with academic decision-makers, support institutional presentations, and manage account follow-ups. The role covers account administration, proposals, CRM documentation, demonstrations, and MOA processing, with growth into ownership of

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
• 2–3 years of field-based sales or client-facing experience.
• Proven ability to engage with senior professionals or institutional clients.
• Working proficiency with CRM systems or equivalent record-keeping.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Fluent in English and Filipino; strong presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly, including multi-day assignments outside Mindanao.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits and follow-ups with assigned colleges and universities.
• Build and maintain relationships with deans, VPs for Academic Affairs, program chairs, and other academic decision-makers.
• Accompany the President during institutional visits and product presentations; manage assigned school accounts.
• Represent EduQuest during school presentations, orientations, product demonstrations, and academic events.
• Maintain regular communication with accounts throughout the adoption decision cycle.
• Gather field information on competitors, adoption timelines, enrollment figures, and procurement requirements.
• Prepare and submit weekly field itineraries and activity updates.
