Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking a driven Customer Acquisition Associate to grow our user base through direct field engagement and sales initiatives in Metro Manila and regional areas.

You will actively engage potential clients, present fintech product offerings, drive sign-ups for wallets and banking services, build merchant partnerships, and travel to provincial regions as campaigns require, all while hitting weekly and monthly acquisition targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year hands-on experience in Sales, Customer Acquisition, or Marketing in fintech/banking/digital wallet services.
• Proven sales track record with negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to provincial locations for campaigns.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end customer onboarding and user acquisition through field-based sales.
• Present and demonstrate digital financial products, banking services, or wallet solutions.
• Execute sales activities within Metro Manila and travel to provincial regions as required.
• Build and maintain rapport with potential clients, merchant partners, and community stakeholders.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly acquisition quotas.
• Maintain daily logs of field activities, customer feedback, and acquisition metrics.
