Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking a driven Customer Acquisition Associate to grow our user base through direct field engagement and sales initiatives in Metro Manila and regional areas.

You will actively engage potential clients, present fintech product offerings, drive sign-ups for wallets and banking services, build merchant partnerships, and travel to provincial regions as campaigns require, all while hitting weekly and monthly acquisition targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year hands-on experience in Sales, Customer Acquisition, or Marketing in fintech/banking/digital wallet services.
• Proven sales track record with negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to provincial locations for campaigns.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Field Acquisition: Drive end-to-end customer onboarding and user acquisition through direct, field-based sales efforts.
• Client Engagement: Present and demonstrate digital financial products, banking services, or wallet solutions to prospective customers.
• Territory Coverage: Execute sales activities within assigned areas in Metro Manila and travel to provincial regions as required by business campaigns.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong rapport with potential clients, merchant partners, and community stakeholders.
• Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly customer acquisition and onboarding quotas.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate daily logs of field activities, customer feedback, and acquisition metrics.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in Sales, Customer Acquisition, or Marketing—preferably within fintech, banking, or digital wallet services.
• Sales Track Record: Demonstrated sales background with strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability & Mobility: Highly adaptable and enthusiastic about field-based work; fully open to traveling to provincial locations as needed.
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills to interact comfortably with diverse customer groups.
