• Overall Purpose: attain sales objectives by planning and executing approved plans within budgets and performance parameters.
• Area Coverage and Major Responsibilities: drive sales volume, optimize distribution/merchandising, develop trade opportunities, utilize data, and ensure timely reporting.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly, quarterly and annual volume objectives through effective implementation of sales processes and account strategies.
• Achieve optimal product availability and exposure in assigned accounts through distribution/merchandising.
• Exploit business opportunities by addressing trade issues and conducting business reviews with accounts.
• Utilize sales data and account information to build the business while ensuring reports and administration are updated and submitted on time.
• Manage account programs and merchandising activities to control execution and results.
• Assist with returns and BO handling to minimize losses and adhere to policies.
• Cultivate productive relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts to protect the company image.
• Adhere to safety and seek self-improvement through ongoing learning.
