Responsibilities

• Own fee billing setup and workflow case management within SLA.
• Coordinate with Revenue, Relationship Management and Client Service for accurate invoices.
• Identify price points and test code changes with Billing Technology team.
• Bill clients accurately and provide documentation for ongoing production.
• Support inquiry management and meet tight deadlines.
• Review setup cases and ensure timely completion per SOPs.
