Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in Makati (Philippines) is seeking an experienced FDD Manager to lead end-to-end financial due diligence engagements for transactions, delivering high-quality analysis and insights to support deal decisions.

The successful candidate will analyze financial statements, cash flows, and operating data to identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities, and will prepare FDD and VDD reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to professional standards.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Financial Due Diligence, Transaction Advisory, Deal Advisory or Corporate Finance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and financial modeling skills.
• Ability to interpret complex financial information and communicate insights.
• Proven capacity to build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Effective leadership with experience coaching junior team members.

Responsibilities
