Job summary

The successful candidate will analyze financial statements, cash flows, and operating data to identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities, and will prepare FDD and VDD reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to professional standards.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Financial Due Diligence, Transaction Advisory, Deal Advisory or Corporate Finance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and financial modeling skills.
• Ability to interpret complex financial information and communicate insights.
• Proven capacity to build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Effective leadership with experience coaching junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute end-to-end financial due diligence engagements, delivering high-quality analysis and insights to support transaction decisions.
• Analyze financial statements, cash flows, and operational data to identify key business drivers, risks, opportunities, and unusual trends.
• Prepare and review Financial Due Diligence (FDD) and Vendor Due Diligence (VDD) reports, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with professional standards.
• Manage stakeholder interactions, including clients, target management teams, and cross-functional colleagues, to gather information and communicate findings effectively.
• Supervise, review, and mentor junior team members while supporting project management and business development initiatives.
