Job summary

Michael Page in Manila is seeking a senior FDD professional to lead and deliver financial due diligence across complex transactions. You will drive data rooms, create driven analyses, and present QoE findings to stakeholders.

Collaboration with global deal teams and mentoring junior members is expected. The role requires 7–10 years of FDD experience in Big 4 or similar advisory environments, with strong analytical and communication skills, plus Excel/PowerPoint proficiency.

Qualifications

• CA or MBA with 7–10 years of Financial Due Diligence experience in a Big 4 or similar environment.
• Strong FDD expertise across buy-side and sell-side transactions, including QoE, reporting, and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage engagements, and collaborate with onshore deal teams.
• Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills; and exposure to Alteryx/Power BI is a plus.

• Leverage technology tools and analytical techniques to generate actionable insights.

The Successful Applicant

• CA or MBA qualified with 7-10 years of Financial Due Diligence experience in a Big 4 or similar Transaction Advisory environment.
• Strong FDD expertise across buy-side and sell-side transactions, including Quality of Earnings, due diligence reporting, financial analysis, and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage engagements, and collaborate effectively with onshore deal teams.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, communication, and commercial acumen, with advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
• M&A experience, exposure to Alteryx/Power BI, and industry or international transaction exposure are advantageous but not essential.
