Job summary

Michael Page in Manila is seeking a senior FDD professional to lead and deliver financial due diligence across complex transactions. You will drive data rooms, create driven analyses, and present QoE findings to stakeholders.

Collaboration with global deal teams and mentoring junior members is expected. The role requires 7–10 years of FDD experience in Big 4 or similar advisory environments, with strong analytical and communication skills, plus Excel/PowerPoint proficiency.

Qualifications

• CA or MBA with 7–10 years of Financial Due Diligence experience in a Big 4 or similar environment.
• Strong FDD expertise across buy-side and sell-side transactions, including QoE, reporting, and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage engagements, and collaborate with onshore deal teams.
• Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills; and exposure to Alteryx/Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and review FDD engagements from planning through delivery.
• Prepare and review databooks, workbooks, and supporting analyses.
• Manage document requests, data collection, and data room processes.
• Draft and review key due diligence report sections, including QoE.
• Prepare management materials and participate in meetings/calls.
• Perform debt, net working capital and other transaction-related analyses.
• Collaborate with onshore stakeholders and mentor junior team members.
• Leverage technology tools to generate actionable insights.
