Job summary

AsiaPeopleSearch Inc. is seeking a Warehouse & Inventory Control Manager to oversee fabric, accessories, and cut-goods warehouses. This role emphasizes strong supervision, process flow, and compliance with policies to ensure accurate inventory reporting.

The ideal candidate will lead staff across departments, monitor stock levels, and collaborate with Purchasing, Merchandising, Quality Control, CAD, and Cutting teams to resolve issues and improve operations. Onsite work is required.

Qualifications

• Strong background in warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Experience in staff management and supervision.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments.
• Detail-oriented with strong reporting and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with fabric and garment industry processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process Flow Oversight: Ensure smooth and efficient operations across fabric, accessories, and cut-goods warehouses.
• Staff Supervision: Lead and coordinate warehouse personnel to meet productivity targets and deadlines.
• Policy Compliance: Implement and enforce warehouse policies and procedures.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage stocks of fabrics, accessories, and cut goods; prepare accurate inventory reports.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Purchasing, Merchandising, Quality Control, CAD, and Cutting teams to resolve issues and improve operations.
• Data & Reporting: Maintain Google Sheets for fabric monitoring and issuance per collection/style; send manual inventory reports to Production Manager.
• Stock Disposal: Oversee proper disposal of old stock fabrics, end cuts, and cut-ends.
