Wiseman Philippines Traders Inc. is seeking a Warehouse & Inventory Supervisor who will organize and optimize our warehouse operations, establishing clear inventory systems and ensuring all stocks are accurately recorded.

The role requires overseeing storage layouts, labeling, and daily inventory tasks. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in warehouse or logistics, with supervisory experience preferred, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for inventory

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in warehouse, inventory or logistics operations.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
• Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets for inventory monitoring.
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records.
• Experience handling hardware, construction materials, fabrics, air-conditioning products or similar items is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain the entire warehouse in a clean and systematic manner.
• Arrange products according to category, type, size, color, model or SKU.
• Create and maintain proper labeling for shelves, racks and storage areas.
• Establish an effective warehouse layout and storage system.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for incoming and outgoing stocks.
• Conduct regular physical inventory and stock counts.
• Monitor stock levels and identify missing, damaged or slow-moving items.
• Ensure received items are checked, counted and stored properly.
• Implement FIFO or appropriate inventory procedures where applicable.
• Supervise warehouse helpers and assign daily warehouse tasks.
• Make sure tools, accessories and small parts are properly accounted for.
• Report inventory discrepancies, damages and shortages to management.
• Recommend improvements to warehouse organization and inventory control.
