Job summary

Bounty Fresh Food, Inc. is seeking a field-based Livestock Development role in Eastern Visayas to oversee contract growers and supervise daily poultry production activities.

The candidate will coordinate broiler placements, monitor farm performance, and ensure compliance with standard management practices. Applicants should hold a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine or BS in Agriculture with a major in Animal Science, be a licensed agriculturist, and have broiler production experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Doctor of Veterinary Medicine or BS in Agriculture Major in Animal Science.
• Licensed Agriculturist.
• Experience in broiler production is required.
• Must be performance-oriented and self-motivated.
• Capable of working with minimum supervision.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Willing to be assigned in Eastern Visayas.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly DOC’s placement schedule and conduct pre-placement visits.
• Attest DOC’s placements and ensure grower compliance with brooding practices.
• Make a 4-week rolling harvest forecast and coordinate schedules with growers, DP, and sales.
• Ensure compliance of Contract Grower to AHG programs.
• Monitor and ensure contract grower compliance in growing chickens.
• Recruit Contract Growers.
• Conduct in-farm seminars on management standards.
• Perform regular farm visits to check depletion, feed consumption, FCR, and ALW; submit WPR every Monday.
• Forecast farm feed requirements and coordinate with feed mill for delivery.
• Do routine necropsy and clinical evaluation; coordinate with AHG.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

• Ensure compliance of Contract Grower to the prescribed AHG programs

• Monitor and ensure compliance of Contract Grower to management standards in growing chicken

• Recruitment of Contract Growers

• Conduct in-farm seminar regarding management standards

• Do regular farm visits to check farm depletion, feed consumption, FCR, and ALW, and submit WPR every Monday

• Forecast feed requirements of farms & coordinate with feed mill regarding feed delivery schedule
