Job summary

Bounty Fresh Food, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a qualified professional to oversee contract growers and broiler production operations. You will supervise farm readiness for chick placements, monitor performance, and coordinate harvest and feed plans with growers and the AHG team. Strong leadership, self-motivation, and a valid driver’s license are required.

This role emphasizes ensuring brooding and growing standards are met through regular field visits and reporting on farm performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering and Agricultural Technology.
• Experience in broiler production is required.
• Performance-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly DOC’s placement schedule and pre-placement visits.
• Attest DOC’s placements and ensure grower compliance with brooding practices.
• Make a 4-week rolling harvest forecast and coordinate with growers, DP, and sales.
• Ensure Contract Grower compliance to AHG programs.
• Monitor grower compliance to management standards in growing chickens.
• Recruit Contract Growers.
• Conduct in-farm seminars on management standards.
• Do regular farm visits to check depletion, feed consumption, FCR, and ALW; submit WPR every Monday.
• Forecast feed requirements and coordinate feed delivery with the mill.
• Perform routine necropsy and health evaluations; coordinate with AHG.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly DOC’s placement schedule and conduct pre-placement visits to ensure that the farm is ready to accept chick placements.

• Attest DOC’s placements and ensure compliance of growers to standard brooding management practices

• Make a 4-week rolling harvest forecast, verify weights at the farm before harvest, and coordinate the harvest schedule with the growers, DP, and sales.

• Ensure compliance of Contract Grower to the prescribed AHG programs

• Monitor and ensure compliance of Contract Grower to management standards in growing chicken

• Recruitment of Contract Growers

• Conduct in-farm seminar regarding management standards

• Do regular farm visits to check farm depletion, feed consumption, FCR, and ALW, and submit WPR every Monday

• Forecast feed requirements of farms & coordinate with feed mill regarding feed delivery schedule

• Do routine necropsy and clinical evaluation to check birds' health status and coordinate with AHG

• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
