Job summary

Bounty Fresh Food, Inc. is seeking a field-based Poultry Operations Officer to support broiler production and farm partners across Eastern Visayas. The role emphasizes strong field presence, training growers, and ensuring production targets are met.

Responsibilities include implementing biosecurity, monitoring performance, coaching growers, and maintaining relationships with contract farmers while traveling to farms as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field.
• Preferably with experience in broiler production, contract growing, poultry operations, or farm management.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship or farm exposure may be considered.
• Good knowledge of basic broiler management and poultry production practices.
• Strong fieldwork and farm visitation capability.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with contract growers.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel extensively within the assigned area.
• Must be willing to work in farm environments and under varying field conditions.
• Preferably with a valid driver's license.
