Job summary

Bounty Fresh Food, Inc. seeks a field-based agribusiness professional to support broiler production operations in Iloilo and nearby areas.

You will supervise farm staff, coordinate with contract growers, and monitor farm performance, biosecurity, and welfare to meet targets. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, Veterinary Medicine, or related field, plus exposure to broiler production or farm management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field.
• Preferably with experience in broiler production, contract growing, poultry operations, or farm management.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship or farm exposure may be considered.
• Good knowledge of basic broiler management and poultry production practices.
• Strong fieldwork and farm visitation capability.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with contract growers.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel extensively within the assigned area.
• Must be willing to work in farm environments and under varying field conditions.
• Preferably with a valid driver’s license.
