Job summary

Bounty Fresh Food, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a qualified professional to oversee contract growers and broiler production operations. This role emphasizes ensuring brooding and growing standards are met through regular field visits and reporting on farm performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering and Agricultural Technology.
• Experience in broiler production is required.
• Performance-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly DOC’s placement schedule and pre-placement visits.
• Attest DOC’s placements and ensure grower compliance with brooding practices.
• Make a 4-week rolling harvest forecast and coordinate with growers, DP, and sales.
• Ensure Contract Grower compliance to AHG programs.
• Monitor grower compliance to management standards in growing chickens.
• Recruit Contract Growers.
• Conduct in-farm seminars on management standards.
• Do regular farm visits to check depletion, feed consumption, FCR, and ALW; submit WPR every Monday.
• Forecast feed requirements and coordinate feed delivery with the mill.
• Perform routine necropsy and health evaluations; coordinate with AHG.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
