Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, legal associate, legal executive, or legal case manager.
• Strong legal drafting and document-review skills.
• Experience managing cases and deadlines from intake through completion.
• Legal research and interpretation skills.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Excellent client communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex legal information clearly.

Responsibilities

You'll manage cases from intake through completion, draft and review legal documents, conduct legal research, track deadlines, maintain organized case files, and communicate directly with clients throughout sensitive and often difficult situations.

This is a client-facing legal role. We need someone who combines strong legal drafting and case-management skills with empathy, discretion, and clear communication.

This is a full-time, remote role open to candidates in India and the Philippines.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
