Job summary

F5 Global Talent is hiring an experienced Family Law Paralegal to support a U.S.-focused legal organization handling divorce, custody, arbitration, and related family-law matters. You will manage cases from intake through completion, draft and review legal documents, conduct research, track deadlines, maintain organized files, and communicate with clients in sensitive situations.

This is a client-facing role requiring empathy, discretion, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, legal associate, legal executive, or legal case manager.
• Strong legal drafting and document-review skills.
• Experience managing cases and deadlines from intake through completion.
• Legal research and interpretation skills.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Excellent client communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex legal information clearly.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple active matters simultaneously.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned family-law cases from intake through completion
• Draft and review agreements, filings, declarations, correspondence, and other legal documents
• Support divorce, custody, arbitration, and related family-law matters
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings clearly
• Track case deadlines, filings, appointments, and outstanding items
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the case lifecycle
• Explain legal documents and procedural requirements in clear, simple language
• Coordinate with attorneys, opposing parties, and internal team members
• Handle sensitive and emotionally difficult client situations professionally and confidentially
