Staff X - Offshore Staffing is seeking a senior paralegal for a fully remote role based in the Philippines. The candidate will work directly with solicitors in a busy family law practice, handling substantive matter support, drafting documents, and maintaining files from opening to close.

Expect genuine legal judgment and independent work, with supervision by partners. The role requires LEAP proficiency, at least five years in litigation support, advanced English, and strong drafting skills.

Qualificações

• Five years minimum as a paralegal or legal secretary in a litigation environment.
• Hands-on LEAP experience is essential and must be demonstrated.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Strong drafting and document preparation skills to professional standards.

Responsabilidades

• Transcribe BigHand dictations into accurate letters, documents and correspondence.
• Draft pleadings, chronologies, balance sheets, disclosure indexes and client letters to firm standard.
• Assist solicitors and partner in preparing matters for court with briefs for Counsel.
• Open/close legal files in LEAP and maintain accurate matter records.
• Manage a personal task tracker and provide real-time progress to supervising solicitors.
• Communicate proactively via Teams and email with progress updates and issue screening.
