• Identify, investigate, and report production, quality, and equipment issues to supervision.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation through data encoding and ERP reporting.
• Promote a safe working environment and enforce workplace safety policies.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible for leading and supervising production personnel to ensure the efficient, safe, and compliant execution of daily meat processing operations.
• Responsible for oversees production activities, manpower allocation, product quality, food safety compliance, and production performance while ensuring adherence to GMP, HACCP, sanitation, and company standards.
• Responsible for monitoring production data through ERP systems, maintaining accurate records, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational targets.
• Insure they reach their goals by delegating task to their members including themselves

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor daily meat processing operations to ensure compliance with product specifications, quality standards, food safety requirement, GHP, HACCP, and sanitation procedures.
• Perform appropriate duties as assigned by Production Supervisor/Manager
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety policies and promote a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Identify, investigate, and report production, quality, food safety, and equipment-related issues to the Production Supervisor or Manager.
• Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
• Coordinate and allocate manpower effectively to ensure smooth workflow and achievement of production schedules and output targets.
• Managing the day-to-day activities or performance of the team.
• Team leaders are responsible for communicating the strategy and guiding the team towards targets.
• Maintain accurate production records. Reports, and documentation through proper data encoding and record management.
• Monitor if slicing, weighing and mixing are correct. Performs other tasks assigned by immediate superiors.
• Utilize ERP systems for production monitoring, inventory transactions, material issuance, and production reporting.
