Key responsibilities
Establish and maintain strong relationships with Local Government Units (LGUs) to ensure smooth facility openings and compliance with local requirements
Actively promote new dialysis centers to barangays and nearby areas, highlighting available healthcare services and employment opportunities
Distribute flyers, tarpaulins, and other materials to increase visibility and awareness of the facility
Organize and attend meetings with barangay officials, community leaders, and local organizations to build trust and support
Assist in planning and executing facility launch activities, including orientations and health awareness campaigns
Provide regular updates on outreach activities, LGU feedback, and community engagement outcomes
About you
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, HR, or related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Tagalog and English)
Experience in community relations, government liaison, or healthcare promotion preferred
Willingness to travel and be deployed to new branches
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with HR and Operations teams
Skilled in fostering partnerships with government and community stakeholders
Clear, persuasive, and staff-friendly messaging
Flexible in handling diverse communities and local requirements
Capable of assisting HR and Operations in visibility and recruitment initiatives
