Job summary

Golden Renal Care Holdings Inc. seeks a dynamic liaison to establish and maintain relationships with LGUs and community stakeholders for new dialysis center openings. You will promote services, coordinate with barangay officials, and manage outreach activities to build awareness and support for launches.

You will work with HR and Operations, travel to new branches, and help deliver health campaigns and staff recruitment visibility. Strong communication in English and Tagalog is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, HR, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Tagalog and English.
• Experience in community relations, government liaison, or healthcare promotion preferred.
• Willingness to travel and be deployed to new branches.
• Ability to work independently and with HR and Operations teams.
• Capable of fostering partnerships with government and community stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with LGUs to support facility openings.
• Actively promote dialysis centers to barangays and nearby areas.
• Distribute flyers and materials to raise visibility of the facility.
• Organize meetings with barangay officials, community leaders, and local groups.
• Assist in planning facility launch activities and health awareness campaigns.
• Provide updates on outreach activities and community engagement outcomes.
