Job summary

Golden Renal Care Holdings Inc. is seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to lead end-to-end hiring for clinical and non-clinical roles across the dialysis network in the Philippines.

You will partner with clinic leaders and HR to ensure timely, compliant staffing, manage candidate pipelines, and coordinate with external partners. The role requires 2–4 years of recruitment experience, familiarity with healthcare credentialing, and proficiency with ATS and HRIS tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years in recruitment or staffing coordination; healthcare recruitment preferred.
• Familiarity with healthcare credentialing, licensing, and employment requirements in the Philippines.
• Experience using recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems, and HRIS tools.

About the role

Leads end-to-end recruitment execution for clinical and non-clinical roles across the dialysis network. Ensures timely, compliant, and consistent hiring processes aligned with clinic operations and expansion plans. Serves as the primary coordinator between hiring managers, candidates, and external recruitment partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, applicant screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation.


• Partner with clinic leaders, Nurse Managers, and functional heads to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities.


• Coordinate background checks, credential verification, and pre-employment requirements in line with healthcare standards.


• Maintain recruitment pipelines, trackers, and hiring metrics to support workforce planning and reporting.


• Support staffing needs for new clinic openings and expansions in coordination with Operations and Expansion teams.


• Liaise with external recruitment agencies, training institutions, and referral sources as required.


• Ensure recruitment practices comply with Philippine labour laws, healthcare hiring requirements, and data privacy standards.


• Prepare employment offers and contracts in coordination with HR and Finance.


• Monitor time-to-hire and candidate quality, identifying opportunities to improve recruitment effectiveness and efficiency.


• Provide regular recruitment status updates to HR leadership and hiring managers.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.


• Minimum 2–4 years in recruitment or staffing coordination; healthcare recruitment preferred.


• Familiarity with healthcare credentialing, licensing, and employment requirements in the Philippines.


• Experience using recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems, and HRIS tools.


• Experience supporting multi-site or rapidly growing organizations (preferred).
