cxperts in Taguig, Metro Manila, is seeking a motivated Facilities Technician to support maintenance and upkeep of our facilities. Training will be provided; no extensive experience required.

You will perform routine inspections, assist with electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and coordinate with vendors. This is an entry-level role ideal for fresh graduates eager to start a career in facilities management.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate, Vocational Graduate, TESDA Graduate, or College Graduate.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with no prior work experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, or building maintenance is an advantage but not required.
• Willing to learn and undergo training.

Responsabilités

• Assist in the maintenance and repair of facility equipment and building systems.
• Perform routine inspections of office facilities to identify maintenance needs.
• Support preventive maintenance activities for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Assist with minor repairs, painting, carpentry, and general upkeep tasks.
• Help monitor facility cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors when necessary.
• Maintain maintenance logs and records of completed work.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other facility-related duties as assigned.
