Job summary

• Experience in operation and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to coordinate with contractors and document maintenance workflows.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including plant shutdowns.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain and repair electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, exhaust systems and other building systems.
• Ensure proper spare parts availability and document workflows.
• Respond promptly to facility emergencies such as power outages or equipment failures.
• Assist in installation of new systems or upgrades.
• Procure materials and equipment to complete assigned activities on time.
• Work with external contractors during projects and routine services.

Job description

• Equipment Operation and Maintenance of the folllowing: Generator, Switchgears, HVSG/MVSG/LVSG, Air Compressor / Air Dryer, Cooling Towers, Scrubber, Chillers, AHU / MAU / FCU / ACCU, Elevator / Dumbwaiter, Roll-up doors, RO-DI, WWT, Fire protector System, FDAS, BMS and Motor Controls
• Responsible for the daily operation, maintenance and repair, and installation of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, exhaust system and Other building Systems Ensure proper spare parts and work flow documentation
• Maintain, install, repair. start-up/commissioning, operate, and troubleshoot critical utilities and systems and support systems including HVAC and electrical equipment
• Provide support outside contractors during specialized projects and during routine services regarding support systems.
• Data gathering. monitoring, review and control of utilities
• Procure materials. supplies and equipment to ensure that such materials are available to perform and complete assigned activities in a timely manner
• Assist in the installation of new systems or upgrades to existing systems
• Respond promptly to facility emergencies such as power outages, leaks, or equipment failures
• Assess spare part inventories to ensure adequate supply on-hand.
• Work flexible hours as business needs require, including annual plant shutdowns.
• Perform other related duties as necessary
