Job summary

Beauty Elements Ventures Manufacturing Inc. is seeking a skilled technician to manage the operations of utilities machinery and equipment in Laguna, Philippines.

You will perform breakdown and preventive maintenance, execute maintenance work orders, and contribute to improvement projects, ensuring reliable plant services. Responsibilities include validating daily maintenance reports, coordinating with the facilities team, and promptly addressing emergencies with a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or technical/vocational training.
• 2-3 years of working experience in related field preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical schematics, manuals, and documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Commitment to safety and proactive risk mitigation.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Operate utilities machinery and equipment.
• Perform breakdown and planned corrective maintenance of utilities equipment.
• Execute maintenance and repair work orders per procedures and instructions.
• Conduct planned/scheduled improvement and development projects.
• Validate daily breakdowns and maintenance performed; report to senior technician or facilities engineer.
• Coordinate with department users on operating conditions and schedules.

• Executes maintenance & repair work order and maintenance systems procedures & instructions.

• Performs planned/scheduled improvement and/or development projects.

• Validates daily reported breakdown, planned & /or preventive maintenance performed, and coordinates /reports to senior technician or facilities engineer.
