CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Supervisor in Pasay, Philippines. The role supervises a team coordinating with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure work orders are completed across facilities management operations.

The position focuses on maintaining asset operations, implementing repairs and investment plans, and leading by example to meet team objectives consistent with CBRE RISE values.

Qualificações

• At least 5+ years of job-related experience.
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills with a proactive mindset and strong math ability.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage the team’s daily activities, establish schedules and assign tasks.
• Serve as primary contact for escalated communications between landlord, tenants, and service providers.
• Arrange regular maintenance of equipment.
• Review work order data and present performance and progress reports to management.
• Design and oversee cleaning and disinfection schedules for the building.
• Evaluate vendors by researching costs and benefits.
