Job summary

You’ll supervise daily activities, manage schedules, and present performance reports, while ensuring cost-effective vendor selection and compliant processes. Strong MS Office and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience.
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
• In-depth understanding of processes, procedures, systems and concepts.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Excellent organizational skills with a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities; set schedules and assign tasks.
• Serve as the point of contact between landlord, tenants and service providers.
• Arrange for regular maintenance of equipment.
• Review work order data and present performance progress reports.
• Design and oversee cleaning and disinfection schedules.
• Conduct market research to evaluate new vendors and costs.
• Track facility expenses and help optimize spend.
• Resolve complex problems and guide the team toward objectives.
• Lead by example and support CBRE RI SE values.
